Overview

Join our Zurich consulting team to deliver technology and AI advisory engagements for leading European enterprises. You'll help clients in financial services, pharma, and industrials design and execute transformation programs powered by artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead workstreams on technology strategy and AI transformation projects
Analyze client operations, data landscapes, and technology stacks to identify AI use cases
Build financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align leadership on strategic priorities
Contribute to proposal development and practice-building initiatives

Requirements

Essential

3+ years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise technology landscapes
Excellent analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
Professional fluency in English; German or French is a strong plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a quantitative field

Preferred

Experience advising clients in financial services, pharma, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data architecture concepts
Prior exposure to agile delivery or product management
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship
