Overview
We're looking for a Senior AI Strategy Consultant to advise Fortune 500 clients on how to build and scale their AI capabilities. You'll lead engagements that shape enterprise AI roadmaps, operating models, and investment priorities—translating technical possibility into boardroom-ready strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on AI strategy, operating model design, and capability building
- Conduct market and technology assessments to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Develop executive-level deliverables including AI roadmaps, business cases, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure strategies are technically grounded and actionable
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships at the C-suite level
Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML strategy and digital transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms
- Deep industry knowledge in technology, financial services, or healthcare
- Experience leading teams of 3+ consultants on complex engagements
- Published thought leadership on AI strategy or digital innovation
